How the Candidates Were Evaluated

The Coalition members agreed that there were two sets of qualities that voters should consider in deciding which candidates to vote for. First, the general qualifications for holding office – the candidates’ belief systems and their experience. Second, the understanding of and commitment to key issues facing Memphis & Shelby County today.
